Vauhti Wax Suggestion-GloppetClassic
Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018 Classic Day
The low will be around -18C and will not warm up substantially until noon with a high of -5C late in the day.
Glide: will be rather easy, Polar / Green, This is a RACE so I would suggest a HF or LF at minimum, As a topper FC Cold Block or Powder
For the Noon Races, HF or LF Cold / Blue,
Grip: Super base or K-Binder, Iron in, at this point this is even too far out. (lets see how much the warm weather and rain affect the snow).
Sunday, Feb. 18, 2018 Skate Day
Things look to warm up a bit at this point, Overnight low of -9 C and warming to +1C, the now is always slow to move except in direct sunlight.
Glide: Harden the base with a Cold Graphite, UF, HF or LF Cold / Blue, OR UF LDR, the go to topper would be LDR or Cold in Powder, bloc
