Time: 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (Some sessions may go a little longer and members may stay as long as they wish.)
Dates: Sep 18 for 14 wks to Dec 18
Max Participants: 12

Location: Queensview Goodlife (off Pinecrest). Participants will be expected to sign a waiver with Goodlife. No Goodlife membership required.

Coach: Trevor Novakoski

Under the supervision of the qualified strength coach, you will follow a structured strength training program designed for cross country skiers. During the practice you will receive instruction, supervision and feedback. You can implement the other strength workouts in the training program independently. The training goals will be to build specific ski strength, maintain strength throughout the ski year and avoid injury.

 

Bring: your water bottle, snacks, dry clothes for after, and dress for weight training. Towels may be supplied.
