Strength maintenance session for the duration of the racing season.
Time: 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Dates: Jan 7 to Mar 24 (12 sessions)

Location: Evolve Strength & Conditioning 953 Somerset Street West
Coach: Mike Patone
Sessions will include multi-stage warm-ups, strength workout and cool down. The emphasis will be on soft tissue quality, soft tissue length, mobility, activation and strength maintenance.
Bring: your water bottle, snacks, towels, dry clothes for after, and dress for weight training.
