Description
Saturdays: 3 Hours 8:30 to 11:30. Variety Pack. Saturdays will consist of, in addition to strength and hill bounding, a variety of activities, designed by the lead coach. These could include a longer hike, orienteering, capture the flag, or anything creative!

An interest was expressed by members to participate in XCCM summer programming. XCCM is offering sessions this summer, with the following understanding:
- Because of summer vacations, those who sign up for the programs are not likely to be able to attend all sessions.
- To make the cost reasonable with the expectation that members may attend not all sessions, there will be a lower coach:member ratio. Coach support for roller skiing will be higher than the other two programs.
- With the exception of roller skiing, there will be less emphasis on coaching and more on active participation as a group.
- Minimum numbers are required for a program to proceed. If a program you registered for needs to be cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
All sessions will occur in Gatineau Park.
