Fall Camp: October 3-5 2025.
Mark the dates in your agenda NOW! We are going local this year, with Mont Ste-Marie being the top candidate to date. Excellent options for overnight accommodation. We are thinking of a programme which will feature a dryland session, technical sessions of choice (rollerskiing, riding), therapeutic yoga, and a special aerobic activity on Sunday morning.

Winter Program Registration Dates
AS WE DID LAST YEAR, WE ARE IMPLEMENTING A PHASED REGISTRATION APPROACH FOR THE WINTER 2025 Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday PROGRAMS. The various clincs will be available for all as of Nov 20th.
