Free Snowshoe Running Clinic

Hi everyone!

Interested in coming to our free snowshoe running clinic with www.rayzahab.com and www.healthandadventure.com ?

This Sunday Jan 5th 10 am at Evolve (953 Somerset).

A fleet of demo snowshoes from Dion Snowshoes will be available but bring your own if you have some.

We’ll start with a chat with Derrick and Ray in the gym then head out for the demo on the SJAM (www.wintertrail.ca)
