Where: Big white tent outside the Meredith Centre (23 Chemin Cecil, Chelsea, QC)
All 2020-2021 members are welcome.
The Meredith Centre is the community centre/arena in Chelsea. It has a nice outdoor field where we can meet if it’s nice out, but importantly, it also has a large tent that we can retire into if the weather doesn’t cooperate.
Meet at 6pm for a BYO picnic (bring food from home or get some local takeout – ideas below). The club will supply an assortment of beverages. AGM Business will begin promptly at 7pm.
We hope you can join us! XCCM is the amazing club it is because of its members’ participation. The AGM is an important club event, to look back on the year that was, get updates on upcoming plans, and also to make your voice heard. Oh – and there’ll be prizes. So many prizes. You don’t want to miss out!!
