Congratulations Brian Ray, Our 2026 Cowbell Award recipient!
This year’s Cowbell Award winner has been with our club for 16 years! Brian is an excellent skier who shows up for all practices with quiet enthusiasm. To quote the member who nominated Brian: “Many have enjoyed his friendly smile and encouraging words”.
If we were looking for one word to describe Brian it would be ‘inspirational’. One of our younger members was heard last week saying he was skate skiing with Brian in good conditions, and having trouble keeping up with him, and Brian was classic skiing.
Next time you see Brian on the bike, on a hike, or on skis, please wish him a huge and well deserved congratulations!
