Training Update

Updated Practice Plans and Commitment to Safety

Tuesday and Saturday practices will be held in Ontario. This is temporary and it is an adaptation to our current situation. Changes are noted below and guidelines must be followed to ensure members and coaches stay safe. Thank you for your commitment.

During these times, we continue to be flexible in our approach and will adapt as conditions and guidelines are mandated.  All financial matters (such as refunds) will be discussed at the end of the session due to the uncertainty of the situation. Thank you for your understanding.

As you know, Ontario and Quebec have different provincial rules. We also follow guidelines from Nordiq Canada. All rules are linked in the chart below for your convenience. Our goal is to keep everyone safe and abide by these rules

Each athlete has their unique situation during this time. We ask that you all take the responsibility to read the guidelines below and make your own decision whether or not to attend practice
