2015 Fall Roller Skiing

Description

What it is:
• Coached roller skiing sessions
• Twelve weeks: Sep 13 to Dec 6
• Sunday mornings, 9:00-11:00
• Locations in Ottawa & Gatineau Park

Requirements:
• XCCM members only
• Your own roller skis & poles (rentals and loaners may be arranged)
• Skate roller skis are required for most practices, but classic roller skiers can be accommodated
• Cycling helmet (mandatory)
